You may return or exchange any unused item in new condition within 30 days of receiving the item.  Simply send the item back to us via the most affordable shipping method of your choice.

All refunds are credited in the form of store credit.

All returned or exchanged items must include original packaging and items in original condition in which it was received.

Please note, if our Quality Assurance teams finds the item defective after careful inspection, your return could be denied.

 

TERMS & CONDITIONS

  • Returns will be processed within 5-10 business days upon receipt of the package.
  • All accepted returns will be refunded via store credit.  Store credit does not expire and can be used at any time.
  • The buyer is responsible for all shipping fees.  Original and return shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • Bestie Bros is not responsible for lost or stolen packages when a delivery notice has been received from the carrier.  Please contact your local post office with questions regarding shipment tracking.
  • If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please write to us at friends@bestiebros.com within 7 days of delivery.
  • We inspect all returns and reserve the right to deny or refuse a refund base on the returned condition.
  • Returns that don't meet our criteria are subject to delayed processing ties, 50% restocking fee, or denial.
  • You will receive an email confirmation once your Return has been processed.
